You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. Items must be undamaged and in working order to be considered for refund. Return shipping is free within the 30 day return window.

We will not for any reason accept any returns outside of the 30 day return window.

All of our products are designed and manufactured in-house in our small facility located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

We get our raw materials from all over the world and use a variety of different manufacturing processes including 3D printing, laser cutting and engraving, CNC routing and machining, and more.

As a small facility, our manufacturing capacity is limited and each new color of a product creates less capacity. Therefore, we do not plan to offer the Shape Stack in different colors at this time.

We are not currently planning any new versions of the Shape Stack but we always listen to the crafting community and will be happy to create any versions that the community is asking for.
